Are your plugs sold individually or in pairs?
All of our plugs and tunnels are sold in pairs. If you order a quantity of 1, you will receive 1 pair (2 plugs).
All body jewelry is sold as individual pieces (unless otherwise noted in the item description). If you order a quantity of 1, you will receive 1 piece.
How does shipping insurance work?
This allows replacement eligibility for lost or damaged orders via USPS and includes tracking with your order reshipment. The insurance is applied for the entire order, you do not need insurance for each item. Shipping insurance does not cover shipments that are currently delayed. We do not consider a package to be lost until it has been 14 days without a tracking update (or 6 weeks without an update for international orders). If the claim is not approved by the carrier, product replacement will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Be sure to verify your shipping address prior to placing your order as shipping insurance does not cover packages sent to incorrect address. To initiate a claim, send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and a description of the problem. If the claim is for damaged product, please include pictures of the damage. If shipping insurance was not automatically added to your cart but you want coverage, click here to add it.
I just realized I made a mistake with my order. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid incurring shipping charges. If we can catch the mistake before it ships out, we can fix it for you. If the package has already left our office, you will have to return the item and place a new order. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Our gift cards can be purchased here. Gift cards are issued by email and never expire.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped in 1-2 business days. Orders shipping via UPS or DHL will be sent the following business day, at the latest. UPS and DHL orders are always processed first, orders shipping USPS are processed in the order they were received, regardless of First Class or Priority service. Occasionally, we will have a big sale which results in more orders than we are capable of shipping out right away. It may take a few extra days to catch up to our regular shipping times. Our shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. We will be closed for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
How long will my package take to arrive?
USPS delivery times may vary, but for customers with addresses in the United States, delivery is usually within 2-5 business days. For international orders, please refer to our shipping chart for USPS delivery estimations.
Why was my order refunded?
We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but occasionally, we may run out of stock of an item on the site. When packaging your order, if we find that we are out of stock of an item, we will automatically refund you for that item. The remainder of your order will ship as usual.
Why doesn’t my tracking number work?
When your order is being fulfilled, we print a packing slip and a shipping label for your item which automatically generates an email with a tracking number. Packages are almost always shipped the same day a label is generated, but, until the package has been picked up by the carrier and scanned into the USPS tracking system, you will not see any information available online. Tracking information may take several hours to show up after you receive the email message with a tracking number. Occasionally there are USPS tracking errors that are beyond our control, but we will do our best to provide you with updated information about your package location and expected arrival.
What is your return/exchange policy?
You may return new, unopened items for any reason if you notify us within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus original shipping cost. If the return is a result of your error, (ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, etc.) you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will gladly replace any orders that were filled incorrectly or are defective at no cost to you.

I don’t know what size I wear. How can I find out?
We offer calipers for purchase, which we recommend to anyone planning on continuing to stretch. It’s a great investment that will save you a lot of headache in the future. You can also go to a professional piercer/tattoo shop and have your ears measured.

What size teardrops do I order?
Typically, you'll just order your regular size. The size your holes are stretched to is actually a circumference size, but we always refer to our size as the diameter. Teardrops are not perfect shapes and our are handmade, meaning they're not all exactly the same. Even with a standard width and height, the circumference can vary based on the point and slope. If there is a particular teardrop you're looking for, please feel free to contact us, and we'll measure the circumference of a set to let you know the diameter equivalence.
