Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.  If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days so we can send you the correct item.  We will not address any claims of errors reported after 30 days. 

We understand sometimes shit happens. You change your mind, you breakup with your partner you bought plugs for, or the jewelry just isn't what you were expecting or wanting. So here's the policy:

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

All eligible items can be returned. Unopened items will be refunded at 100% with no return fee. Items that have been opened will be refunded minus a 30% return fee.   

Opened return items are never resold.

Mystery items are not eligible for return.

Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for return.

Balms and oils are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days depending on your financial institution.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
support@arcticbuffalo.com.

Gifts
Returned items by default will be refunded to the original payment method. If your item was a gift, we can refund the purchase price to an in-store credit gift card. You must inform us prior to returning your item if you would like in-store credit.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Arctic Buffalo, Attn: RMA#xxxx, 7735 S 134th St Ste 101, Omaha NE 68138

Please contact us prior to returning any items to obtain an RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We will not be responsible for lost returns.  Make sure that you are using appropriate packaging and postage for your return.  Any returns with postage due will not be accepted, they will be returned to the sender.
