DHL and UPS shipping options are available for select countries. If your country does not list either of these services, we unfortunately do not ship to your country. Taxes and duties are paid at checkout so there will be no surprise charges at delivery.
Please be aware for currency conversion that all prices are USD by default unless specifically displayed in your local currency.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
All eligible items can be returned. Unopened items will be refunded at 100% with no return fee. Items that have been opened will be refunded minus a 30% return fee.
Opened return items are never resold.
Mystery items are not eligible for return.
Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for return.
Aftercare and body care are not eligible for return.
Please contact us prior to returning any items to obtain an RMA number.

1. The wooden hoops are nicely designed
2. The sizes are too far off. 1 hoop is around 28-29mm and the other hoop is between 26-27mm.
3. The inconsistency makes the product unwearable as i fear even minimal wear will fluctuate my size when wearing my normal pieces.
4. They are great display pieces though. Just unwearable. Going with a different brand that is a bit more consistent with sizes for wooden hoops
