Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
All eligible items can be returned. Unopened items will be refunded at 100% with no return fee. Items that have been opened will be refunded minus a 30% return fee.
Opened return items are never resold.
Mystery items are not eligible for return.
Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for return.
Aftercare and body care are not eligible for return.

The pin arrived somewhat crushed. The moth design was intact, but the pin shaft and pin back had been crushed and bent. I had to use a pliers to pry the original back off and straighten out the pin shaft. It's still useable and super cute, though.
