Been eyeing these for a while, decided to finally get them. They are beautiful! Well made and shipped super fast to me. There is a hairline crack through one of the plugs, but stone can be like that. I’m hopeful it won’t cause any problems in the future and for now they look great!

They are labelled as 13.3 mm when their size guide says the size i ordered should only be 12.7 mm. As a result, they physically will not fit in my ears. When I contacted customer service they told me their jewelry can be up to a FULL millimeter off from whatever size you order— which is an entire gauge size. This is unacceptable, ESPECIALLY with double flared jewelry. If I wanted a replacement I was told I would have to pay for return shipping and they would ship another out, though somehow I doubt the replacement would fit any better. I truly expected better for the amount of money I paid for these. Just buy your plugs on Etsy.
