The flag is solid black in color with the buffalo head large and centered in our classic blue you all know and love. Underneath that reads “Rock Solid” in a light gray color because let’s be honest, our plugs, shipping and prices are... ROCK freakin' SOLID! The flag fabric is 100D polyester, so it can be used indoors or outdoors. The edging of the flag is a tight quad-stitch, making it long-lasting and durable. There are two metal grommets on one side for hanging. It is a BIG flag, being 3 feet by 5 feet in size to make a statement no matter where you decide to hang it. We can safely say it’s a rock-solid decision to order this flag ASAP!

Orders are typically shipped in 1-2 business days. UPS and DHL orders placed by 12:00pm CST will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after the cutoff will be sent the following business day at the latest. Our shipping hours are 8:00am - 3:00pm CST Monday-Friday.

UPS charges are calculated by UPS and based on delivery location, service selected, and package weight.

Canada:

First class shipping prices include import duties. Duties are paid by us to speed up the customs clearing process so you get your order faster and hassle-free.

DHL shipping is available but import duties will be the customer's responsibility to pay.  

International:

DHL shipping is available to select countries and the cost will be shown at checkout if the service is available.

Please be aware for currency conversion that all prices are USD by default.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

All eligible items can be returned. Unopened items will be refunded at 100% with no return fee. Items that have been opened will be refunded minus a 30% return fee.   

Opened return items are never resold.

Mystery items are not eligible for return.

Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for return.

Aftercare and body care are not eligible for return.

Please contact us prior to returning any items to obtain an RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
