Orders are typically shipped in 1-2 business days. UPS and DHL orders placed by 12:00pm CST will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after the cutoff will be sent the following business day at the latest. Our shipping hours are 8:00am - 3:00pm CST Monday-Friday. 

We will be closed for all major US holidays.

UPS charges are calculated by UPS and based on delivery location, service selected, and package weight. Please be aware that UPS does not consider weekends and holidays as transit days. Only Next Day Air is a guaranteed service which is eligible for a refund if not delivered on time. UPS 2nd Day Air is not guaranteed and will not be refunded if delayed.

Orders over $55 ship Economy for FREE and Standard for $8.

International:

DHL and UPS shipping options are available for select countries. If your country does not list either of these services, we unfortunately do not ship to your country. Taxes and duties are paid at checkout so there will be no surprise charges at delivery.

Please be aware for currency conversion that all prices are USD by default unless specifically displayed in your local currency.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

All eligible items can be returned. Unopened items will be refunded at 100% with no return fee. Items that have been opened will be refunded minus a 30% return fee.   

Opened return items are never resold.

Mystery items are not eligible for return.

Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for return.

Aftercare and body care are not eligible for return.

Please contact us prior to returning any items to obtain an RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Order refused via UPS will have the return shipping cost deducted from the refund.
