Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

I've worn a few of these this year and I love the fit and look of them. Sadly two of them so far have lost the stone after a bit of wearing. I hope this was a fluke as I'm wearing another now. I use nothing but gentle face wash and moisturizer on my face so I'm not sure why they would fall off.
