Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
All eligible items can be returned. Unopened items will be refunded at 100% with no return fee. Items that have been opened will be refunded minus a 30% return fee.

Mystery items are not eligible for return.
Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for return.

I spent all day hooking the latch back together and worrying I'd lose it.
It does scare me a bit that it bends so easier, but other than that, it's a cute bracelet. I love it.
