Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
All eligible items can be returned. Unopened items will be refunded at 100% with no return fee. Items that have been opened will be refunded minus a 30% return fee.
Opened return items are never resold.
Mystery items are not eligible for return.
Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for return.
Aftercare and body care are not eligible for return.

I really love these and have gotten compliments on them many times already. The quality is good. The reason for 4 stars is because they are too wide(thick), no one has ear lobes this thick. I had to add a rubber band on the back so they won't fall forward and hang from my ears. The flares on the back side are a little more like a lip. Overall i am very happy with them. The designers could use pay a little more attention to detail on the functionality though.
These are spectacular. Couldn't be happier with the look. I put them in a few weeks after my last stretch (4g to 2g) and they went in smoothly. No irritation from materials. Love me some Arctic Buffalo!
