These tunnels are natural and untreated. We recommend using Jojoba or Vitamin E oil to condition your wood tunnels. Please see additional photos as they show the difference between the natural tunnels that you will receive and the tunnels conditioned with oil.

As with all woods, your skin may or may not be sensitive to these tunnels. All skin is different and all woods are different. You may be sensitive to some wood species but not others.

Natural wood will vary in color and pattern, the pair you receive may not look exactly like the photo. Please see the additional photo that shows some variation ranges amongst the available sizes. 

Orders are typically shipped in 1-2 business days. UPS and DHL orders placed by 12:00pm CST will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after the cutoff will be sent the following business day at the latest. Our shipping hours are 8:00am - 3:00pm CST Monday-Friday. 

We will be closed for all major US holidays.

UPS charges are calculated by UPS and based on delivery location, service selected, and package weight. Please be aware that UPS does not consider weekends and holidays as transit days. Only Next Day Air is a guaranteed service which is eligible for a refund if not delivered on time. UPS 2nd Day Air is not guaranteed and will not be refunded if delayed.

Orders over $55 ship Economy for FREE and Standard for $8.

International:

DHL and UPS shipping options are available for select countries. If your country does not list either of these services, we unfortunately do not ship to your country. Taxes and duties are paid at checkout so there will be no surprise charges at delivery.

Please be aware for currency conversion that all prices are USD by default unless specifically displayed in your local currency.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

All eligible items can be returned. Unopened items will be refunded at 100% with no return fee. Items that have been opened will be refunded minus a 30% return fee.   

Opened return items are never resold.

Mystery items are not eligible for return.

Clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for return.

Aftercare and body care are not eligible for return.

Please contact us prior to returning any items to obtain an RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
