Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

They appear darker in the photos, I assumed the f2 would be a darker shade than the v1 Kaos hider plugs. The f2's are actually lighter than the v1. The f2's are reflective if it catches light directly, kaos brand does not reflect nearly as much. The only good thing about the f2's is the fact that they're double sided, not hollow in the back. However, this means nothing since the length makes them pop out of the back. So your not fooling anybody if they see behind the ear. Kaos brand is the correct length and definitely the better hider plug in every way.
I wear these for work and I get so many compliments on them. They are comfortable and easy to put in.
